How Do I Find A Product?

Specific products can be located through the general keyword search tool on the top of our website. We have also provided an advanced search tool to further refine product search queries. Products can also be located by health concern category or by manufacturer. These categories are accessible on the left side of our website.

The product I want is listed as out of stock. When will you get more in?

We maintain an inventory sufficient to meet the ordinary demands of each product. At times demand will exceed our normal inventory levels. Normally, we replenish our inventory every seven days. Your wait time should not usually exceed two weeks, unless the manufacturer is unable to supply the goods to us on time in which case the delay will be out of our control

If one item ordered is on backorder, will I be charged twice for shipping?

No. When orders list several items, some of which are not in stock at the time of the order, we will charge the full shipping fee with the first shipment.  Subsequent shipment of backordered items will not attract shipping charges.
