Return Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item within 30 days after purchase for a refund.

Returns Policy

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of your order plus our original shipping charges. Orders returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded. Products with a different batch number or expiry date than the one sent to you will not be accepted. The item must be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

You are required to safely deliver the products to the correct address we provide to you. We cannot accept responsibility for products that may be damaged, lost or stolen during shipment. As such we suggest that you use registered mail or a reputable courier service to return the products in good packaging.

Items that cannot be returned include:

1. Product that is custom configured to your specification
2. Hygiene related products
3. Eating products
4. Mouth stick products
5. Personal apparel
6. Sleep items, linen, pillows, mattresses etc
7. Bathing products
8. Computer software
9. Videos
10. Books

Note: HealthMegaMall does not under any circumstances accept returns of sexual health products for hygiene reasons.

Online Returns Process

You can initiate a return request online once your item(s) have been shipped and invoiced.

1.  Visit http://returns.healthmegamall.com.
2.  Login to view your account by your username and password or order number and      contact information.
3.  Please fill out the return request form which includes items you would like to return,      reason for return and our returns policy.

Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. You are responsible for shipping the items back to the requested warehouse. If you have multiple items to return, you be sending them back to multiple different locations.

If a tracking number is available for the returned goods, please email it to sales@healthmegamall.com.  Our customer service agents will then know when to expect the item back and refund your credit card more promptly.

Item(s) must be received by the returns department STRICTLY within 30 calendar days from the date of first receipt of the item by the Customer or no refund can be issued.

Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return and issue a refund provided that the item(s) are returned in its original condition.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product, please email HealthMegaMall customer service at sales@healthmegamall.com within one business day from the date of receipt.  If you receive a damaged box, please refuse the package.
